Social justice you tube videos

In 60's and 70's.

In the video in saw how people were happy, white and black people were happy, they played with their families and every was happy. In these years white people didn't think that black people aren't good, and white people didn't discriminate against them.

In 80's.

Everything the overall mood changed drastically. It changed from peaceful and happy mood to violent and unhappy mood. White people controlled the streets, if somebody came out they would shoot him. Many street boycott's occurred, stones and bullets were flying around the streets. Streets were abandoned and the vegetation died out, because of the constant attacks, and because of the tear bombs that were fired, at people.

The differences:

In 60's and 70's both races came along really good. In the same period of time everyone was happy. But after 70's everything started to heat up. White people started to discriminate against black people, streets became abandoned because of the constant boycott's. The boycott's often resulted someone dying at both sides. The atmosphere in 60's and 70's was really peaceful, but that atmosphere changed after 70's.

How did people manage to live in two different worlds.

In 60's and 70's people could live in two different worlds's because nobody got into a way of the happiness that both races had in this time. But as soon as white people tried to control black people those two worlds started to collide with each other, resulting boycott's and demonstrations. And those two worlds were colliding together until both sides agreed on something, and after that agreement the two worlds separated and became two different worlds again. But the collision still happens, because some people can't forget what happened to them.

My definition for social justice:

Social justice is a concept, of people being equal in their society.

Social justice and global issues

Investigation:

What is social injustice?

Social injustice is a concept relating to the claimed unfairness or injustice of a society in its divisions of rewards and burdens and other incidental inequalities.

Planning:

I go to afrika tikkun every Tuesday. There we play sports with kids that are there. We play basketball and sometimes we pass soccer ball around. And we will continue to do this until we finish this school year. The plan is to play as much sports with them as possible so they could enjoy themselves, and if we do that every Tuesday they will get better at it. When they get better they could try to get a scholarship in a college just by playing one sport really good.

Action:

As I said in the previous stage, we will try to help them to understand sports better, so they could start playing the sport that they like. We do this every Tuesday, and every other Tuesday there are many more kids joining us to play sports with us because they see that other kids get stronger by playing sports and that they enjoy themselves. Every Tuesday we try explain to them some new concepts about sports, and we show them some tactics and strategies so they could play more confidently.

Reflection:

I think that our idea is working and kids are starting to come and play sports with us. Scholarship is one possibility to a person if he's good at sports. But sports could result in something else too, it can help kids to become stronger physically. And getting stronger physically can lead to less unfairness in society, because people would look at the person that is fit with more respect, and when that happens injustice in the society would decrease.

P.S: This what I wrote here doesn't make much sense. But that is what some of us do there.

Rey: I am sorry for what happened yesterday. The team is a mess now without you.
Yushi: it is not your fault dear. Don’t worry yourself.
Rey: I know but I don’t think that this date is working out. The others might get suspicious of us especially now that you’re off the team.
Yushi: You sure? We could meet outside of practice.
Rey: we could but…
Coach: Oh great. Now we have two gay guys on this team. So lovebirds anyone want to explain?
Yushi: oh… well…
Coach: Don’ even bother, I quit before someone else on this team tells me that the two are gay. This team is no more.
